ABI Pro MaRS Tools Suite is a clinical application dedicated to physicians for rapid, standardized Ankle-Brachial Index assessment and automated generation of a verifiable medical report.
Progressive Web App (PWA)
ABI Pro is a Progressive Web App — install it directly on your phone or computer from the browser. It works both online and offline, so you can perform clinical assessments even without internet connectivity. Your data stays on your device.
Platform Features
1. Secure Physician Portal
Physicians access the platform through a secure portal with license verification and exclusive access for medical professionals.
2. Physician Profile
Each physician configures their professional profile — name, clinic, address, phone, clinic logo, signature and stamp. This information is automatically integrated into generated clinical reports.
3. ABI Measurement Tool
The core instrument calculates Ankle-Brachial Index from systolic pressure values. Automatic bilateral ABI calculation with clinical interpretation.
ABI 0.91 – 0.99 → Borderline
ABI ≤ 0.90 → Possible PAD
TBI 0.60 – 0.69 → Borderline
TBI < 0.60 → Critical Ischemia
4. Automated Clinical Report
After calculation, the application automatically generates a complete clinical report including patient data, measured pressures, ABI values, clinical interpretation, physician evaluation section, medical recommendations, and signature/stamp.
5. Unique Patient Identification
Each report is associated with an automatically generated Fibonacci H Patient ID. This identifier anonymizes the patient, enables report verification, and protects patient identity.
6. Report Integrity Protection
For each report, a SHA-256 cryptographic hash is generated. This acts as a digital fingerprint of the report, guaranteeing the document has not been modified.
7. Report Validity Verification
The platform offers a public instrument for verifying report authenticity. By entering the Patient ID, the system confirms:
